Friday the 9th

Friday the 13th is supposed to be the "unlucky" day rite?

Wahh today is 9th la! but so many bad stuff happened to me!
My collegue says that its my early birthday prezz.

The day just gets from bad to worse la.

First, i woke up late. Den i was really pissed cos my father cannot send me and i was like soooo in troule. (okae i noe i shudnt be pissed but yea.. wen i'm late i'm all jittery)

K, so in the end i was one whole hour late. reached office at 10.
So my day was kinda spoilt alrady cos i felt so bad and all.

Then nvm, my first customer was sucha irritating man! he seruisly can drive me to tears! He called regarding his points not credited into his account when he presented his card. So I very nciely told him the standard procedure was that he had to either fax us the receipt or mail us the receipt la! But he says that this system is so stupid cos its just a few points and if he had to mail it to us he would have to spend 25 cents for postage, and if by fax, he must travel to his fren's place to borrow the fax machine and transport fee will cost even more. Den he complain and complain and repeated his story to me like a million times when i alrady told him i understand but there is nth i can do bcos we need to have the evidence!!


Then i said ok.. i will get my authorities to call him back. AND HE REFUSED!! he want to speak to them like RIGHT NOW. siao rite? they also not in the office how to speak? den he insist i give him their hp no. which of cos i cant cos its thier privacy rite? den he got the cheek to tell me that it is not becos he has no job and he is damn free rite now so he want to vent his anger, when obviously it is the case la. RARW! he seruisly get me into soo much trouble!!

Then today it was just like one trouble maker after another!


Worse thing was, today got meeting with the staff from the main office. Wah.. den dey brot up so many cases that involved me la... sooo stressed! haha. den dey like see me lidat kip trying to comfort me saying they are not trying to pin-point who.. but just want to bring up the cases so we can all learn frm it. bleh. haha. but yea la.. overall my collegues are all reallie nice. hehe.. think everyone could tell i was stressed during the lunch cum meeting.
