When we pray, we often speak to God about the mountains in our life. We whine and complain and present him with a shopping list that just goes on and on and on. How often do we actually speak to the mountains about God??! Mark 11:23 tells us to speak TO our mountains and not about our mountains! haha my oh my... boy am i guilty or wad...
Have we forgotten the authority that has been given to us?
Mark 11:24
Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it and it will be yours
Mark 4:36-40
Why was Jesus sleeping when a storm was about to cause thier boat to capsize?? haha the way bro D. put it on saturday sounded a lot like me when I was asking God what he was doing when he gave me a real estate interview..ZAHHHH. hahaha Jesus was in thier boat the whole time but yet the disciples still panicked and questioned Jesus "Don't you care?" wow... can you imagine.. after all the mircales they have seen and having walked with Jesus for so long they still reacted in sucha way when a problem occurred...BUT! am I not guilty of that too?!?! And guess what Jesus said to them after he calmed the storm... " Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?"
OUCH
haha that just smacked me in the face!
NUS: APPLICATION PROCESSING
ZAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Bro D is right. The spiritual warfare lies in the mind! (2Cor 10:4-5) But the word shall be my sword and my faith, my shield. haha Once again, i'm just amazed at all the things God has been speaking to me and how my current "mountain" has helped me to learn so much more, made me more ready to receive and hunger for more. Key word: more more more. haha yup. turns out to be a good thing in disguise and I believe it will be. haha okay... this is gonna take A LOT OF FAITH to say on this blog...but get ready to hear a great testimony from Jamie soon!!
