saturday

DT shared one thing today that was so "qiao" cos it coincide with what esther just posted on her blog!

I think we need to constantly remind ourselves that it is not us but God. When we pray or lay hands for people...our role is to provide that connection... to introduce our friend to God and the reality of him. It is not dependent on how fluent our prayer is or how good we are, but God takes over. Do you trust him to do the rest?

hee :) random pics of the day!

Over committed people are tired. Thats why even if an opportunity arises, we lack the energy to grab it. Hence the strategy is to focus. No one enters a boxing ring and hits the air. Instead you need to know when to duck and when to defend. But the punch of focused energy on the right spot will have a huge impact. haha i cant help but think of Wii when he said that!

I think for busy Singaporeans like us...we really need to prioritize. What matters and what does not. At the end of the day, the question is, what are you living for.

Living for yourself is the most boring way to live life... it is purposeless even if you have plans to the age of 99.

I wrote a song recently. haha. a noob's attempt. but well at least i tried :P

Verse:

A Flicker of light

Sitting by my bedside

Watching the darkness cave in

And I know this feeling

Of lonely nights so cold

Chorus:

And I’m just looking for

Something bigger than myself

To live for

And I can’t hide no more

There must be more to this I know

Show me the path

That I should go

Verse:

Living for “I”

Seems like a good life

But more like a beautiful lie

And I don’t like this feeling

Of sinking on my own

Post Chorus:

OH~ You came into my life

Showed me the world

Through your eyes

And now I see

A part of me

Loving like I’ve never done before
