Who's voice are you listening to?

The past week has been physically tiring. Going to work at 830am and reaching home at 12am almost everyday! You guys are probably wondering what I'm up to, and you're probably guessing church stuff again. haha well you're right, but i do find joy in all these really. I feel that I receive so much more than I give.

I mean, where will you get the chance to organize a runway show and really squeeze your creative juice to think of ideas and solutions with the limited resources! Even in the outside world, such stuff are settled with money, but here, it calls for thinking out of the box. HAHA. or rather out of the frame!

haha went to Janet's house to make the frames on Monday night. Chloe is really cute and i think she likes me!! Thanks Janet for the company and help :))

isnt janet gorgeous!! She's the hot favourite!

hehe, I'm kinda proud of my concept. LOL. the frames and lighting, haha the use of the projector cos we had no spotlights! LOL. It was fun!

Well, on top of that, I'll be going for my FIRST ever mission trip to Surabaya (Indonesia) from the 26th-30th June!

Alot of tension at home because of that. My mum was not being supportive, and I just felt so torn! I mean I dunwan to go against my parents wishes, but yet I already booked my air tickets and I really felt led to go this time! I mean, no one has ever heard me say I want to go for a mission trip before, but this time round, all the doors were opened! Even my manager at work gave me free leave!

It was a bittersweet period. Cried so much but yet it is in the midst of my brokenness that I found God.

On Tuesday, went for leaders meeting at bishan, and we sang this new song!

Before I finish the first chorus, I was already a dripping tap.

"I can do all things through Christ, I can move a mountain if you are the strength of my life"

haha. my mother seemed like a mountain then! Weijie said that she is a very firm person and the image suited her.

Anyway DT preached an awesome message! Gonna do another blog post on that soon!

Wednesday- I went for my last hcgl class, and pastor derek was teaching us on the Holy Spirit.

Presence of God was so strong, and He has never spoke so clearly to me before!

"Unless the flask is broken, the oil cannot be poured out!"

Yes, we all want to release the power of God in our lifes and to be a blessing to others, but the bottle containing the anointing, have to be broken first, before it can be poured out.

God was dealing with my character, my pride, my faith, teaching me to be more sensitive to the voices, and learning to discern.

Long story short, She said yes finally!
