Thought I should update my blog while printing lecture notes...I'm not doing justice to it by ignoring it for so long!
Highlights of Batam trip! (In sequence!)
Day 1
we were all so excited for our first trip together! REally got to thank Shuann for all the research work and helping to book everything! She's da man! hahaha
The most fun part is planning our itinerary!
Took the resort's shuttle bus to the city to get our massage done! We all slept like 2-3 hours before the trip, and so the first day shall be REST! Did some shopping in the supermarket cause we realise that the stuff sold at the resort is so expensive! haha! On the far extreme, stuff at the supermarket were super cheap! each cup noodle cost like 30 cents?
The massage was super painful! I think I felt my body ache more than before I went for it. LOL. And esther got bruises! haha! The funniest part is they din give us a robe, and we had to strip with only a small towel to cover us! hahaa! we were giggling like silly 12 year olds.
Came back to the hotel to wash up and get ready for our first atas dinner!

Spent the night nua-ing in the hotel room since we paid $40 more just to upgrade. LOL. Watched lotsa TV and played stupid games. But it was productive cause we were inpspired by the reality TV programme on channel 5- Moment of Truth! haha no lie detector, but integrity and holyspirit! LOL!
- Buffet breakfast (complimentary)- we were spoilt for choice!!
