haha a couple of things i "koped" from his blog

Dr Ed Cole says, "Winners look at what they are going to, losers look at what they are going through." Keep your eyes on the promise. Keep your eyes on your eternal hope. It is hard, but keep your eyes on Jesus.

Peter walked on water. He took his eyes off Jesus and looked at the water around him and started sinking.

Relationships are very powerful. When you progress to a new level of faith, your intimate relationships will change. When you go to a new level of faith, those who are not there will try to call you back. "Hey, don't walk on water! Get back in the boat! You're making us look bad!" Yet, you have to pay the price, walk out of the boat in complete dependence upon Jesus, and build new relationships on the new level of faith. Don't let anyone else create your world for you, for letting them do so, they always create it too small.

The most powerful thing you can do is to build an image of yourself. The next most powerful thing is to destroy your image. When you come to God, He creates a new image of who you are; not who you grew up as, not what other people think of you and not what you think you are going to become (which is usually not even half as good as what God is creating). What you are today is more important than who are were yesterday.

ahahha
